Driving Old Cleveland Road twice for an oil change is not how a bayside Saturday should go. We bring the service to Capalaba, Cleveland, Alexandra Hills and the rest of the Redlands instead.

Old Cleveland Road is the reason
The Redlands are not far from Brisbane in kilometres. They are far in minutes, and all of those minutes are on one road that does not get better at peak hour.
For routine work that trip is pure cost. A service, a battery, a set of brake pads or a diagnostic scan does not need a workshop, so booking one only buys you two runs down Old Cleveland Road.
Where the workshop does earn the trip, we say so. Carindale and Cannon Hill are on the way in, and Moorooka is a straight run from there once you are past the Gateway.
What we do
Bayside cars and what we check
Anything kept near the water gets the corrosion check as part of the service — brake and fuel lines, exhaust mounts, suspension fasteners, battery terminals and connectors under the bonnet.
Beyond that it is the usual: logbook servicing with the book stamped, oil and filter changes, brake pads and rotors, battery and charging system testing, alternator and starter checks, engine diagnostics and pre-purchase inspections.
Alignments, rotor machining, clutches, transmission work and smash repair are Moorooka jobs. You will hear that before the van leaves wherever the symptom makes it obvious.

Do you come out on weekends?
Saturday 8am to 3pm, and it fills early. Sunday we are closed.
Is there a call-out charge?
Ask when you book and you will get the number before we come out, not after.
Can you do a service in a unit car park?
Usually, if the ground is firm and level and there is room to work around the car. Tell us at booking so we can plan for it.
What if I would rather bring it in?
That is often the right answer for bigger jobs. The workshop is at 2 Baldock St, Moorooka, with on-site parking and an after-hours key drop.
