Frequently asked
Will servicing here void my new car warranty?
No. Australian law lets any qualified workshop carry out logbook servicing without affecting your manufacturer warranty, as long as the correct schedule is followed and the right parts are used. We stamp the book like the dealership does.
How much is a service?
An oil and filter change starts at $149 and a full service starts at $330. What sits above that depends on your car, its age and what oil it takes. You get the exact figure before we start.
Do you work on electric and hybrid cars?
Yes. We service hybrids and EVs alongside everything else. Plenty of southside workshops still turn EVs away. We do not.
Do you handle insurance work?
Yes. We work with all major Australian insurers on smash and accident repairs, and we deal with the assessor and the paperwork so you are not chasing it.
What if I cannot get there during the week?
We are open Saturday until 3pm, and there is an after-hours key drop if you would rather leave the car overnight.
Do you come to me?
For a lot of jobs, yes. Our mobile service covers Brisbane north and south, Logan, Ipswich, Moreton Bay and the Redlands.
Do I need an appointment?
For servicing and inspections, yes, and booking online takes about a minute. If something has gone wrong and you are stuck, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we can look at it today.
How do I pay?
All major cards and cash. Payment on collection.
